Thank you for your kind words. To me the reflections from the busy street mirror the busy work this chef is doing, so they don't bother me either!

I like much this photo. Let us tons are hot east are appropriate very well for the place. Moreover, the blur for this scene shows in an adequate way the work in progress. Some reflections appear, but nothing awkward for me. Greetings.
