If I could change one thing here, it would be to reduce the contrast on the cars at the lower left. They are sharp and have a lot of contrast compared to the rest of the photo.

The sky is fantastic, but the foreground is too dark for my taste. Were it my image, I would leave the sky as it is and try to dodge the foreground just a little to bring out the dretails

I agree with grahambo - it's what the eye goes to immediately. Otherwise, like it.

Nice B&W conversion. I might have crunched the foreground a little more to only leave the highlights???
