Very cool shot! The lights are so bright it almost looks animated and futuristic. Very very cool! The yellow light in the top right is a little distracting - if only you could move the inconvenient light post (Ha!).
The clouds are nice. The movement in them helps with the animated effect!

Outstanding! Very dynamic. I like the undeveloped hill being pressed against by the city like an ocean wave.
The city lights are overblown, but I think this helps with the contrast representing the crest of an ocean wave.
