The framing in this photo is interesting. At first I wasn't sure the windmill worked, but it def reveals some important information about the photo and adds to the interest without taking away from the intended topic.

I agree with the positives above, particularly in relation to the colour. If there is one area that might improve the composition slightly might have been to tilt up slightly so that the upper windmill blade could have been cropped slightly higher so as not to cut the solid part (very minor indeed). Good shot, well done.
