I like the quality of the light along the structure. The composition, and, moreso, the sort of off-kilter or askew perspective doesn't work for me. The flag at the top of the building and the two bright bits jus a bit below it drag my eye up there. The quality of the image in terms of sharpness/smoothness is very nice.
