great portrait, those blues are so good, most of all in her eyes, such a goo detail, maybe the light it's a little bit strong, but not so much.
I like a lot.

Good concept and framing but I think the lighting is to much. I might even work well if you had more tile and the same amount of lighting, could just be to much white space.

good creativity... i like the strong light, it adds to the emotion. i think you achieved what you set out for! good work!

I really like the tones, but the top left feels very empty to me

The light takes quite a bit of space and is distracting from the subject, a little cropping is all it needs.

It's hard for me to say for sure whether or not the top quadrant is too light since my monitor isn't calibrated at all. I can tell you that I'd love to see a print of this, and really flesh out the balance between suggestive and obscurity. My gut feeling is that you're right on the money. I love the contrast and sharpness of the bottom against the vagueness of the top. It divides the frame nicely and I think the reaching arm, and hints of the rooms edges and boundaries is enough to ground her in reality. I love this photo.

If you want another advice: I don't mind the white space, it's part of the composition and it is well balance, making the character look more fragile; it's also part of the color treament, enhancinging the coldness of the scene. The only thing I would change (maybe) is her beanie :o)

Nice tones and colors.
The framing is very interesting too.
