Interesting subject, but the highlights are blown, and the vignette doesn't help the photo, in my opinion.

Lucas, you have used the light well here and have not lost detail in the deeper shadows. I disagree that the highlights are "blown", but there is an unusual additional image around the bottom of the clock face (I am not sure if it is intentional). I also would have preferred less (or no) vignetting with this shot, it is strong enough on its own.

I like it, quite usual viewpoint but works here, showing the tower as strong as it is. About the vignetting I agree this is too much while I also agree there should be some to enclose the theme. One technical issue: the flat color of background makes the noise disturbing.
