Excellent detail and colors. I personally think its a bit too centered and wish there were more sky / more open space above the spire as well.

Thank you very much and I would have loved more sky also - but the place where I stood was not that big and I had to choose between less church and less sky ...

I would have gone more extream in centering it, dead center. Almost as if you folded the photo in half the churck would line up.

It indeed looks great, especially with the 'X' shape of the clouds. I stand firmly in the "you should have centered it more" camp. It also seems a bit tilted to me, which is annoying (to me, at least).

Since the subject is as much the sky as the church, I would probably have cut the bottom part of the church, up until the horizontal line, which would have opened the sky much more.
