Nicely done. I love the graceful curve. I do wonder though if it would be more powerful with a tighter crop.

mrsankey (Andrew Sankey) added a critique 1 year ago:

I agree, I think that cropping the sky a little bit would really emphasize the nice curve of the road here. Nice shot.

Ben (Downing) said 1 year ago:

thanks, I apppreciate the comments - cropping does make a picture. thanks again.

Different. Keep looking at it, but I'm just not sure!

Ben (Downing) said 6 months ago:

nice, usually fringing is a horrible thing to find in your picture, but in this case it makes the image. cool... I might have got rid of the antenna though ;)

Lamdennison (Leigh-Anne Dennison) said 6 months ago:

Wow, Ben. I can barely see that (had to change a lot of settings t reveal it)-- time to calibrate my monitor again.

the photographer is very little in the shot but it seems to give him an incredible power, it's a very beautiful picture

nice. I like the zoom-blur... was it shot like this or post process, either way it works nice. India?

nfds (Notes From Different Spots) said 7 months ago:

Thanks!
It's Marrakesh. It took this shot as I walked towards Jemma el Fna, so it came out of focus. I sharpened what could be sharpened and applied radial blur for the rest. Plus some dodging/burning.
