I might take off the top of her hat, where it starts to curve.
That makes the focus her face, and not the space above her.

@Ana - Happy New Year. Thanks for your input, it's well seen, and I agree to an extent, but here the hat is part of the portrait, and the detail on top was something I wanted to include. I think her eyes do the job of capturing one's attention quite nicely, really.
