wonderful composition, nice detail

Nice detail - it seems to need just a bit of straightening to me but the subject is wonderful. I love the way this leads my eye around and around!

In the thumbnail this looks like an eye.
Well done.

I've always wanted to come across one of these staircases. Great shot.

Thanks for all your responses.
I took this photograph looking up. It's the interior of the St. Augustine Lighthouse in Florida.

Yes nice shot. I love these kinds of architectural pictures. You got good detail in it and its a good thing you have no dof

I love the composition of this picture. The light at the top (from flash?) is a bit distracting, but other than that, amazing picture. :)

Thanks.
The light at the top came from a window, I did not flash.

dizzying!

Fantastic curves! I brought the image down so that the bottom of my screen crops just above the railing in the bottom of the image just to where the white starts. I feel it gives it a little better balance. Wonderful b&w with excellent details. Great eye:)

Thanks for all the responses, and making the feature possible.
Next time I publish it, I will probably cut off the bottom just above the bottom railing. - It really does look better. Special thanks for this advice, tuscanice.
