Ca fait déjà quelques minutes que je regarde cette photo. Indiscutablement, j'aime. Mais la tête coupée attire mon attention, et je me demande si cela me dérange, ou si j'en aurais fait autant pour mettre en valeur le personnage du premier plan. Je n'arrive pas à répondre à ça et ça m'agace :-)))
Sinon, j'aime bien aussi les tons gris-vers, qui collent parfaitement à l'ambiance.

J'ai plusieurs photos où l'on voit le visage de la personne derriere et le rendu m'a déplu.
Cette decapitation crée une répétition des visages, une standardisation (de mon point de vue), qui va dans le sens de la photo. Puis il souriait...

Overall I really like this image. The human form is a strong element in any image, and in this one I find my eye is drawn to the escalator where the people are and doesn't want to leave. I have to force myself to look at the other half of the image, and then I question why it is there. The stairs do not seem to add anything to the overall image and are more of a distraction for me. I think I would have been inclined to crop them out.

Looking at the main part of the image, the lighting is really terrific and helps give the image a kind of gritty, graphical quality that I really enjoy. I like the range of tones and the colours, especially in the metal railings. Good choice for the theme too.

I like the exposure very much. The man appears to be framed by the hood above. Great composition.

I would like to see a 4x5 crop version (landscape of course).
