Very nice shot. I agree with the above.
I wonder what this would look like if it was aligned with the lines on the building...

Wow.
This type of shot is always touching to me.
The grittiness of this really makes this shot stand out in my head!
Agree with the above comments!

Je te l'ai deja dis, mais ça ressemble a du grand Krizalid... le cadrage, le traitement, les couleurs, la petite touche emotion... bravo.

This one really stands out for me too. Photos that so accurately depict the suffering of homelessness get me every time.

If one can like a photo and be disturbed by its contents, which I think is so, this photo does it for me. Not only because of the pathetic circumstance suggested by the mattress, covers and bottles, but also by the building itself, which has nice contemporary lines but is so filthy that it is being ignored too. The photo depicts what is wrong with a society that ignores its most unfortunate members and also shows the neglect of those with the money to erect such a major building. As for the quality of the image, I think you have done a fine job. The off-center presentation is appealing and the angle of the street works well with the horizontal lines and the vertical post. Color is strong. It seems to me, though that focus is a tad soft, especially around the leaves and grate (although that could be my eyes or monitor). Well done IMHO.
