Agree about the lighting on the flower. Also a tighter crop would make it more focussed.

Nice idea, nicely done on the selective saturation. I wish the flower was better exposed. The background really fights for attention even with the desaturation. Maybe a little burning/vignette?? Maybe a tighter crop??
