I duplicated the background layer and did an NIK skylight filter at 25%. I duplicated the skylight filter layer and did an NIK contrast filter with the contrast at 55% and brightness at 52%. Both of these filters can be downloaded for free. I duplicated the contrast layer and did a render lighting effects filter. I chose soft omni and highlighted the three main flowers. It was a little strong, so I lowered the opacity to 65% and brushed out a little on the flowers in the layer mask. I made a curves layer and pulled the center of the line down just a little bit. I brushed out on the main three flowers just to highlight them a little more. I merged the layers and did some selective sharpening on the areas of sharp focus by brushing them in on a layer mask. At that point I thought I was done, but it just didn't look finished to me. I did another curves adjustment layer and pulled the center of the line down a bit. I ran a circular gradient on the main flower to keep it the bright and the interest of the shot. Voila!
