I love it. The only thing that I might try is to crop a bit of the bottom so the sky really grabs your attention. Nice capture.

Nice shot, love the colors. Takes you to another place.

This is a well balanced composition the way it is, don't worry about the negative space at the bottom, it anchors the image well. I do think this is more about the sky than the silhouette and would recommend also posting it in "Skyscapes". Cheers.

This is just beautiful! The color, the composition and the clarity is wonderful.

La verdad es que sí que hay un poco de ruido en el cielo. Aunque no me molesta demasiado voy a probar a suavizarlo un poco.
Gracias a todos por vuestros comentarios!!

Non, mais c'est une bonne idée.

Very clever, philippe -- walking figures, both real and as sculpture. And, to see you in the frame, too to add another level of depth...love it. :~)))

Thank you both for the comments!
This was taken in Olympic National park outside of Settle, Washington. This location is Rialto beach on the pacific coast side of the national park.
Cheers!

Beautiful shot-- even delicate.

(hit the enter key too fast) The graininess of the light and the auras around the hair is a great combination. The the tree to the left is nicely placed as well.

Gracias por sus comentarios, forcé al máximo el contraste para, paradojicamente, realzar los sujetos.Saludos.

Sorry so long to comment back, but thanks. I appreciate it. Funny how sometimes when you post and then a month later you are featured...
Cheers

Yeah, Martin, seem to always be the way for me on this site...
This this is lovely, congrats!
I'm a little torn. I really like the sky. I even like the stark difference between the sky and the foreground.
Part of me says to crop out the majority of the sky and some off the bottom, making this more of a panoramic image. of course if you did that, you would probably want to reduce the amount of red in the sky as it would be way too purple/pink.
the other part says leave it alone- well maybe it is still a little too pinky for my tastes.
let's see what other folks have to say about it
