i like that the powerlines don't cross the sun...whether that was edited out or the sun was so bright it overpowers them, i don't know, but it's nice!

My eyes want the shot to be a bit crisper, but I do like the composition and tone of it. Nice!

Overall, I like this photograph a lot.

Perhaps, some negative space above the sun would not hurt the impact; also a small diagonal line in the lower left corner distracts a little bit.

Love this, absolutely love it! Perhaps just a bit too dark around the face, but that is subjective.

I agree about the position of the bird, but it was a quick catch! He was gone in an instant!

I believe I was using a 300mm, so the focus was all on the bird, and not the scene.

The feel of this shot is very striking, although you might wish for the bird to be postioned differently. I am hopeless at the ps thing, but I would be interesting to see the effect on the composition if you cut the bird and flip it 180 so that it is flying into, rather than out of frame (it looks relatively easy with such a stark background). Still, it is wonderful as is.

oh,yeah, it would be quite easy to flip the bird (ha ha ha)

well... I like it as is. For me the black border on the left creates balance to the candle which is more on the right side, and the bottle of perfume...hmmm... maybe it is just my imagination but it creates very "sexy" atmosphere ;) What I like the most are the lines in the candleholder and the blurry lines in the window - just love it!

I can see how some might or might not like the composition here Pradeep (the placement of the bottle in particular). What I really like more than anything else is the quality of light that you have captured here and the fact that you saw so much potential in this subject and pulled off a very classy image.
