wow...almost looks like ripples in water...at first I didn't like how unfocused it was...but the more I look at it I begin to like it..very creative!

The focus doesn't bother me, but the grain does. I like the overall effect.

I've been waiting on the "grain" comment. This is the first image I've posted on Vazaar that was shot on film. I recently dug out my old Minolta from college and have started shooting some film and scanning the negatives.
I LOVE GRAIN!! so expect to see more down the road...

I don't have a problem with grain in general, as long as it adds to the visual interest instead of detracting from it. There's just so much more going on here, I do't see it as a benefit.

No issues with grain here. Nice abstract. I think i can make out a cross with the bottom cropped out...am i correct Clyde? is the effect PS?

This is a strange cross sculpture that my wife bought at Venice Beach. It is copper with a main cutout of a cross and with concentric cutouts of the same shape and then twisted around itself for @30 degrees. Odd looking. It hangs outside our kitchen window and spins in the wind sometime. This is taken with the cross spinning slowly and the sunset light shinning thur. Thanks for the comments guys!!

This is an interesting abstract. I like it.
Did you alter the color cast very much? I have no problem with the color, I'm just curious.

@willie, this is a scanned color negative, just a little curves work in PS and some "dust-busting" This is pretty much the color that scanned. This is a copper cross sculpture.
