The water doesn't deserve as much focus as this photo gives it. And the plants at the bottom corners should aren't necessary. So I suggest cropping the bottom as much as possible. I think this would mean cropping just below the water's edge on the left. At that point I'd suggest playing with the contrast and it might even look better in b&w.

I think the scene has potential. If the water were calm and the reflection in the windows were reflected in water then it would be interesting. As is, the water and jets are not related to the reflection and look distracting, also due to their colder colors and different lighting.

Really nice reflection! It's a good combination of warm en cool colours. I get the idea of the double reflection: in the windows and in the pond, but still I think the pond is to much for this composition. I don't know exactly... maybe it's just a bit busy.
