I am impressed by the flawless skin tone. The lighting is well done. I'm not crazy about the earring because I think it draws my eye away from her eye.

Wow.. this portrait is a pure wonder. I'm very impressed by all the details you managed to keep in the shadow.
Also, I see a double difficulty regarding the light, because you had to copy the shape of the earing, but in the same time you also gave to the light rays a clever orientation, leading the look on nice curves ;-)
