Anke is right regarding the distraction. Too much white on the background. Try to darken it in post processing with vignetting or any other mean. Other than that I like the expression and some light on her face would add a needed sparkle in her eyes :) Good luck

I agree with the need for a little magic in the eyes, but I like the textures of her hair and her shirt. There's also something about the crosswalk that really draws me into wondering about the day and the story behind the portrait.

I like this picture, only my eyes get a little distracted by the gray background structure on the left side. It kind of "pulls me away" from the girls' eyes.
