The skin tones in this are totally off; they need more contrast. I think if those are improved, this will be a winner.

Very nice, kind of tense, a portrait that makes me want to keep looking. I like it.
Unlike several portraits here, you nailed the focus on the eyes. I think that often makes the difference between a shot standing out or lying flat.
My first impression was that it might look nice with more contrast and texture. That may be worth tweaking just to see.

Lovely photo, lovely subject. The only possible thing I could see to "fix" is that to me the left side of the photo is just a tiny bit darker than the right, under the eye. But thats really only nit-picking because I think this is great.
