I agree with the green hue and the overexposure. Might do better to burn in the whites a bit. What I'm drawn to in this image is the man's hands. They sem full of character and are huge. Would be interesting to see a tighter crop, maybe of just hands and face?

I also see a green cast and the bucket seems to glow as does his forehead, overexposure I suppose, but it seems odd that it would be since it doesn't look like it should be, if that makes sense, but I think it's a great composition and I like the moment you captured.

The composition is nice and the topic interesting, however, I don't particularly like the softness of the background, especially the wall he's sitting on. I have the feeling that it should be focussed, but it isn't.

Nice photo.
On my monitor, the bucket & the man's forehead look a little over-exposed. The whole picture seems to be taking on a green cast.
