Very nice series.
Personally i like the darker one as i think it is more fitting for the model.

Another lovely shot from this series Vernon. So many things I like here, the shadows of course, the look on her face and the texture of the wall to name just a few. Nicely done.

Ditto. I really like this series.

Great portrait. I'm not shure of croped legs but photo is good, colors - great!

Overall a nice image, the blue is fantastic. I'd clone out the badge at his waste and the moving hands are a bit distracting. Would have been interesting to get him to move his head more towards the camera and capture some of the unpainted side of his face.

Mel Gibson? Kidding! I love the blue face. Lucky to have had the opportunity to photograph him. Do you have other photos on this subject? I like to see more.

I like this one but try to sharpen it or focus camera better next time.

Very interesting shot. Emotional. Forces you to feel for her. Nice eye!

I like this one too. She seems to be pondering some kind of thought. She has a confused look on her face as if she is in denial of the truth, and what is really in front of her. I know its deep, but this is what I see. Great people watching capture

Nice facial expression and nice use of the B&W.

Fotografía cargada de simbolismo. El sujeto (la niña), único protagonista de la escena, sin embargo, no se deja ver. Enhorabuena. Saludos

I'm trying to take his picture for the photo boards at work and I'm probably telling him to sit still and stop laughing. It ended in fits of laughter and big giggles, but I did get a good 'official' portrait as well. This one sums him up, though!
How can one be a purist about how people laugh? Surely fun and laughter, i.e. emotion, is about more than having your eyes open?

i believe thats utter bollocks

I like that his eyes are closed because you truely caught him in a moment.
TheAntipodes (Menno van Zaanen) added a critique 11 months ago:
I like this almost candid shot of somebody laughing. The overall colours are quite toned down, but perhaps that makes the contrast with his skin greater. This puts even more focus on his face.

great shot, i like this
