it was a long exposure, the ferris wheel is actually the London Eye, it goes very very slowly , and was not working in the morinng, the exposure was 12 seconds

Like Bastian, I didn't thought it was a long exposure shot before reading your comment. I think this topic have been created to show effects of long exposure shots (that we don't see here)
But the shoot is great, nothing to say about that !

I like this shot of the Eye. It's a nice crop with good colours. I think sometimes the comments on here can be focussed too much around the commentators own interpretation of the topic.
Surely Long Exposure doesn't have to show motion blur? Using the long exposure to get more light and colour in is a perfectly valid use.

It would have been nice to have a little bit more of the lower part. I think you cut it a little bit too high.
but nice shot!

Agreed with Simon in that this was weighed to heavily by not showing blur or some sort of movement; why does that have to be a criteria for long exposure? I think this shot is fantastic... I like how the colors from the light are reflected on the building surfaces. Nicely cropped and framed - If you'd plan to add text or anything, might move the image up a little on the canvas. I'd also like to see more of the river if there's more reflection to see, but doubt that there was much to see here. I appreciate how you showed such a small portion of the ferris wheel.

I'm not sure if it fits into the long exposure topic. You should have exposed it longer so the Ferris wheel would be in motion on the image.
Other than that, nice composition, colors, and crop.
