I agree with Dana but the scene is too busy to walk into it and it also has harsh light. May I be a bit rude?
Light - check.
Shadows - check.
Anything interesting - the two persons maybe. But one of them is almost hidden bí the phone booth and the cloths of the other one repeats the light-shadow pattern. In short, they are not in focus enough.
Not necessary for this particular topic but I's like to see this walkway photographed in late afternoon lights.

Nice one Boyd, I really like the dappled light on the sidewalk. Feels a little tilted based on the light poles. This might have been even better if the people walking were about half way closer to the camera.

i do like the scene captured as it is but to add oomph i would suggest altering the saturation... perhaps going for a monotone or even partial desaturation might be the way to go...

Nice way to bring a person into the photo with the use of the path.
