Muchas gracias Huubl por su amable critica. Saludos

I agree with the above positive comments here J.A. There is a good mix of detail and shadow and the post-production treatment sets it off nicely. Well done.

I think this could have been a great photo if the background wasn't so busy. Perhaps another angle? I'd love to see more detail of that ornament too!
warreagle (Amy Warr) added a critique 4 months ago:
Merci! Thanks for the comments on my photos. This ornament is very interesting, I think I agree with snaps on the background though...it's somewhat distracting. the colors however are excellent!

I like the post production work that you have done here. I agree that the background is busy, but it is what it is. I like the compostion and the use of space. Well spotted and you have created a very interesting image.

Great subject, nice capture, but I must disagree with Boyd. I think the post-processing calls too much attention to itself. Looks like HDR to me, not sure though. This could probably work as B&W...?

juanantonio (J.A. Pellicer) said 4 months ago:
Saludos

Rudolf Noureev was the great classical dancer. his tomb is located in the Russian cemetery (San genevieve-des-bois in France). Sorry for my English
sfkp (Tamara) added a critique 5 months ago:
I didn't know that :) About your English: it's fine imo. To me, English is my second language and Franch my 'thirth': I can read and understand it a petit peu. You're doing me and (I think) others a great favor if you just write your comments in English. If there're some faults in your words, so be it, that's not important! :)
A tip: use Babel Fish babelfish.yahoo.com/ to translate texts in several languages.
There are also some nice pics on your website, btw.

Again here, watch having objects and/or edges of things right at the edges of your photo's frame. It just looks like a mistake or sloppy work.
op_perrin (Olivier Perrin) said 5 months ago:

juanantonio (J.A. Pellicer) said 5 months ago:
Saludos.

Great subject, composition and contrast! Well done!
Beamer (Clyde Beamer) added a critique 7 months ago:
Beautiful, the inclusion of the "extra" object in the left half of frame is a bit distracting. The image would probably be stronger without. It would be a difficult clone job given the silky nature of the sky behind. My real complaint is the blown out highlights, especially behind the large foreground cross. Do you shoot raw? If so then you should be able to get the details back from this area and "multiply" them back in.
Overall, this is a striking image and I am glad you shared it!
