fantastique shot, I like the angle the tone and texture,
you are a source of inspiration, don't you know that ?
(if I really want to be critic I would say that a part of the picture is a little bit to dark)

VernonTrent (Vernon Trent) said 1 year ago:

@pouhou
you mean the left upper side is too dark?
there is a big tree spending a lot of shadow :-)

VernonTrent (Vernon Trent) said 1 year ago:

thanks everybody :-)

pouhou (Tony LUJIEN) said 1 year ago:

yes, thanks to you i really like your work

Ben (Downing) said 1 year ago:

Vernon, well done, no I don't think the overall is too dark it makes me look harder and think more... so was this shot large format, tilt shift, f64, or multiple exposures? I am really curious as to the depth of field from what seems to be a very close subject.

hi ben

normal shot, nothing special.

here's the exif data:
canon 350d with ef-s 10-22@10
iso 100, f/3.5 1/80s

processing is a simple b/w conversion with a blue filter and high contrast. normally, the car is blue, with the blue filter in b/w mode you get the white :-)

then my special toning (carbon-lith split tone sepia/blue)

cheers
