Bernhard, I'm not sure that the "constructive criticism" means just point others to your photo...?
Now for a critique: The colors are brilliant, the light and exposure is spot on, the composition needs a bit of breathing room along the top. You have created a very nice flow with the angle of the petals, but it is quickly blocked by how close the tallest 2 are to the top of the screen. I would have evened out the negative space left and top by showing a bit more above the petals.
