I agree with all above. The tonal range is flat, maybe with a stronger contrast the blown highlights would not feel so much of a mistake.

I also agree with the above with regards to the composition you have selected. I understand the diffuculty with this shot - white paint is highly reflective in direct sunlight, and the other detail is relatively dark so you had to make some compromises. You did very well to get the peeling paint in the top left, but you might try cropping the top overexposed bit and then working on upping the contrast in the interesting parts at the bottom.

Nice color but over exposed on the upper right. Original point of view. I like it.
