Good capture! In my experiance it's hard to get a object sharp while driving, you did well. I love that oriental building on the background, it gives me an idea of where you shot this.
Imo the border is unnecessary, but that's just my own taste. Maybe you have to consider to straighten up this one a bit... though maybe that's not possible becouse you will lose a part of the bike.

I agree with Tamara about the straightening. Wonder what it costs for this kind of taxi ride?

I did took the shot while staying immobile next to the street, therefore the hard thing was to get the same speed than the bike with the camera... Took a lot before this one. It happened that I got 3-4 shot as sharp as this one, but I choose this one because it was the most curious one. I did not straighten it because I thought it renders more the impression of instability, and was more dynamic, but maybe it distracts the eye too much... And for the last question I think these kind of ride are free ^^
