I like the composition, but the background is too dominant and spoils the beautiful tree in the foreground - at least, for me.

Too green for me...and a bit washed out...I am sure it was beautiful in person...hard to capture

The over exposed background is competing hard for attention. I think the tree and the ivy is a very nice subject, you should go back and explore it more. Maybe a low angle at a different time of day??
