With contacts you can easily follow certain Vazaar users and see what they're doing on the site. Once you've made a few contacts, the bottom of your user page will show their recent activity.
Aside from that, there's not much else that happens, so it's safe to play around with this feature and experiment.

Go to the person's user page (by clicking on their username somewhere on Vazaar) and look at the bottom left near the "Contacts" area. If you're logged in, you'll be asked if you want to make them a contact. Just click "yes." Simple as pie!
Sure thing... It's just as quick and easy as adding a contact. Just click "no" and they'll be gone.
A reverse contact is someone who's following another person. If someone marks you as a contact, then they'll be one of your reverse contacts. We show you this because it's always nice to know if someone finds you interesting.
